Shipping Policy
The shipping cost is calculated according to the total weight of the products purchased by the customer in relation to the delivery zip code provided, and the data must be filled in correctly.
Delivery is made by Correios, with PAC and SEDEX services available.
PAC is the economical delivery service and therefore has longer delivery times.
SEDEX is an express delivery service, which means it has shorter delivery times and deliveries are made from Monday to Saturday. Both services deliver during business hours and cannot be scheduled.
The products are shipped sealed. In case of damage to the merchandise, please contact us by phone (27) 99958-0389.
Our opening hours are Monday to Friday, 10am to 7pm and Saturday 10am to 4pm. Excluding holidays.
Return and Exchange Policy
We at ATITÚ want your purchase to be incredibly satisfying.
With this in mind, we have developed the Exchange and Return Policy, which, in addition to the Consumer Protection Code, meets the needs and desires of our customers, our most precious asset.
Regardless of the reason, whether it is withdrawal, defective product, size, dissatisfaction or any other reason, the first exchange or return of the product is free. The deadline to make your return is 15 calendar days after receipt.
Return rules:
1. Check if the product is within 15 calendar days of receipt. Requests received after this period will not be accepted;
2. All items must be returned in their original packaging (box), with tags and seals intact. All accessories must be sent with the product;
3. The product must not have been used or be damaged;
4. The Invoice must be sent together with the product.
After receiving the product, it will undergo a Quality Control analysis, which may take up to 7 (seven) days. If the item is in perfect condition, the exchange will follow the normal billing process. If it does not meet the conditions described here, it will be returned to the customer along with the reason for not making the exchange.
If no response is sent confirming receipt of the product return, the customer must, within 30 (thirty) calendar days after the posting date, contact us by telephone at (27) 99958-0389.

After this period, we cannot guarantee a refund.
How to Return a Product:
Before returning your product, please check that it meets the rules detailed in the RETURN POLICY.
If so, you should:
1. Contact the company via Contact Us and inform the reasons for the exchange or return;
2. Wait for the return of the email with the reverse logistics code from the Post Office (this code guarantees the return of the product at no cost to the customer);
3. Send the merchandise for exchange or return via the Post Office, sending the product to the address that appears on the invoice along with it.
4. After analysis and approval of the return, the customer may choose the method of refund of the amount paid for the merchandise, which may be in the form of credits for a new purchase on the website or in the same payment method chosen during the purchase process. Shipping costs will not be refunded;
If the merchandise does not meet the criteria mentioned above, the website is exempt from accepting the return and the product will be returned to the delivery address.
